Spa Etiquette & FAQ

We want you to get the most out of your visit to Intentional Moments Spa & Wellness Lounge, so please familiarize yourself with our Spa Etiquette and FAQs.

Arrivals

To begin your wellness journey we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation.  If you are a new guest please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation to ensure we receive all of your new guest profile information as required.  Delayed arrivals will result in an abbreviated service reducing the effectiveness of your experience & understanding the full price will still be charged.  Plush spa robes, sandals, fruit infused water, and wellness snacks will be available for you during your experience.  Lockers will be provided to store your personal items.  We recommend all personal valuables be left at home.  Intentional Moments is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.  

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes schedules change.  In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, a 24-hour advance notice is required.  Reservations canceled or rescheduled with less notice will be charged 50% of the treatment price.  No-shows will be charged the full treatment price.  A credit card is required to hold all reservations.  Although your card will not be charged at the time of booking, the card on file will be used in the case of a no-show or any cancellation/rescheduled reservation with insufficient notice.  You will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival.  We value & respect your time and have reserved this time for you so we ask that you be kind and respect our time as well. 

Forms of Payment

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Intentional Moments spa gift cards. Gift cards make the perfect gift and can be used for retail, treatments, or gratuity and expire 5 years from the day of purchase. Gift cards must be treated like cash and present to redeem. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the value of the treatment and are at the discretion of the guest. Although not required, gratuities are greatly appreciated and are generally between 18%-20% of your service value.

Medical Conditions

We respect the health of our guests and ask that you please notify our staff if you have any medical needs or conditions (i.e. injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, allergies, etc.) that may be of concern.

For the Comfort

We are delighted you chose our spa to be a part of your wellness journey therefore your comfort is of extreme importance to us. Be sure to dress comfortably. We ask that you turn off or silence your cell phone and other electronic devices. Please be mindful of other guests by using your spa voice at all times.

Age Requirements

We are an adult only spa. All guests are required to be 18 years of age or older to receive spa treatments at Intentional Moments Spa & Wellness Lounge. Although children and minors are not allowed to receive treatments they are welcome in the spa boutique for retail shopping.

Products & Returns

All unopened retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase and a refund will be issued in the form of which payment was received.  For all other retail purchases, a refund will be issued as a spa credit only within 30 days of purchase.
