I hope you found last week’s post helpful to you in some way! Funding is such a huge part of our dreams and if I can help at least one person by sharing the lessons learned then it was worth it!
So, what do you do while you’re waiting on an answer?! You trust and believe that things will work out in your favor! Once you’ve planned, prepared, submitted all of the necessary documentation, & followed up with more requested information…you wait with expectancy! I’m still expecting the unexpected to happen! Maybe you,too, are waiting for something to happen in your life! If so, I encourage you to wake up expecting something good to happen each day!
I am still deep into this process of securing funding and I hope you’re believing with me that it’s already done! Can I just be open and honest with you all since you’ve been on this journey with me…this is a SCARY thing!!! I’m not known to be a risk taker…I like to play it safe but I heard someone say, “if your dreams don’t scare you they’re not big enough.” Yes, I’m scared, nervous, and a little anxious too but I decided a long time ago that I wouldn’t let fear rob me of my destiny!!! At some point you must step out, take the chance, take the risk and see where it leads you!
One thing about Intentional Moments Spa & Wellness Lounge…this business is being built on a strong foundation…passion and purpose but it’s my FAITH that keeps me going! No, it’s not easy to walk by faith especially when you’ve put yourself out there for others to see but one thing is true…I know that I’m not alone! God has been with me every step of the way, from the very beginning and he’ll continue to see me through, even through this big hurdle I’m facing right now! Nothing is too hard for Him!!!
It is my hope that I’ll have some GOOD NEWS to share sooner than later but you’ll have to come back next week to find out the latest at things progress. Until then, I will keep trusting while I wait & expect good things to happen, not losing focus of what lies ahead!
